Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the whole operation of the stationery manufacturing production
• Maintaining and improving productivity output
• Minimizing reject ratio of the production
• Managing the performance, attitude and motivation of the whole employees
• Developing potential leaders within department for succession planning in long term
• Initiate and maintain culture of Continuous Improvement and Creativity within the department
• Improve and strengthen culture of Independent Quality Production - not depending to Quality department to ensure the output quality

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years on-hands, extensive experience in making production
• Possess in depth technical and managerial knowledge of making processes
• Possess some technical problem solving and quality standard for making process, is an advantage
• Strong commitment to implement management initiatives
• Strong leadership and able to direct big groups into one unifyling goal
• Strong motivational skills
• Open minded, high integrity, and highly energetic
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge about ISO system, KANBAN, QCC an advantage
