Opportunity exist for a seasoned, high caliber, professional to join the Company with job Assignment in Senggata - East Kalimantan for the positions of:


Mechanical Engineer (MSD)



Responsibilities:

Key elements of the position include:
• Manage engineering projects consist of design, specification, cost estimation, tender, and project execution
• Develop Capital Expediture Application (CEA) for project or equipment replacement / addition / modification
• Conduct equipment reliability monitoring and suggest initiative improvements
• Involve on Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis and implementation
• Perform maintenance strategy, equipment selection, Equipment Unit Cost (EUC) calculation, develops technical specifications, and commissioning
• Assist on equipment condition monitoring activities
• Involve on developing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Risk Assessment
• Conduct safety audit (Prinasa)
• Willing to be rotated within various maintenance positions
• All activities to be completed on time, within budget, mets standard, and meet KPC HSE regulation

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum S1 - Mechanical with 3 year experience
• Project management skills
• Experience in heavy equipment maintenance
• Good computers skills such as MS Word, Excel, Ms Project, AutoCAD, CMMS (Ellipse)
• Good in English (written & oral) and report skills
• Excellent interpesonal skills to establish and maintain customer relations
• Knowledge and ability to implement safety policies & procedures
