products through a multi-distribution network and direct to retail. Due to a
period of growth and expansion, we are looking to fulfill the following
position to strengthen our team :
Asst. Head of Sales – Luar Kota
Responsibilities:
- This is a sales managerial position with the following responsibilities and requirements:
- Responsible for monitoring sales targets, promotional activities and manpower in assigned area
- Provide leadership and guidance to area managers (ASMs), sales team (salesman + SPV) and merchandising team (TL, MD , SPG) in assigned areas to achieve sales targets.
- Coach, train and motivate distributor personnel to achieve monthly and annual sales, distribution and revenue objectives through scheduled and unscheduled meetings, route rides, trade surveys and monthly reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of programs and in guiding distributor organization to achieve revenue and volume objectives.
- This position will require extensive and intensive travelling all over Indonesia (Travel: Headoffice interface = 50:50)
- You will be based in Jakarta Head Office
