Is looking to identify and appoint a Head of Department to be responsible for the growth and operations of its Facility Management Business in Indonesia.

Facility Business Unit Manager


Responsibilities:
The responsibility associated with the position are summarized as follows:
• Financial accountability and delivery of agreed financial targets
• Business Development and Marketing activities
• Management of client relationships
• Effective Department management.

Requirements:

For this position you will have the following experience:
• Experience in Facility Management business both at operations and management.
• Have proven track record in the Business development and marketing aspects of the FM business.
• Have proven leadership skills
• Currently be in a similar position or ready to advance to the next career level.

Qualifications in Management and engineering or similar is necessary.

The position will be based in Jakarta.
