Engineering Team Staff

Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the President Director, the incumbent will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating and improving existing business processes focusing on technical matters

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Management Engineering from a reputable university
• Highly analytical, good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with at least 5 years relevant operational experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledgeable in international quality standards and procedures and the latest technical developments
• Preferably with exposure to or understanding of the packaging industry
• Good command of English and computer literate
