Management Information System Manager - Jakarta (Code: MIS)

Responsibilities:

The role:
• Provide assistance in developing sales forecast of market demand
• Provide sales analysis report to sales Senior Manager for strategic decision
• Optimize sales for both primary and secondary to Sales Support
• Lead any improvement or project at sales information are


Forecasting
• Update Activity Calendar and circulate regularly
• Analyze Secondary Sales and Distributor’s Buffer to determine Primary Sales:
o Working through the national pipeline exercise
o Developing stock keeping unit (SKU) wise pipeline and reviewing step 2 forecast in line with this
• Provide assistance in the resolution of problem and ensure fulfillment of market demand:
o Forecasting in SKU wise for rolling 18 months in Step 2 Forecast
o Update changes to the step 2 forecast based on agreements in step 2 meeting.
• Regularly monitor months sales versus forecast:
o Working with Demand Planning for Stock Availability
o Advising changes to sales support under guidance from TM.
• Making Changes to The Forecast based on management meeting result


• Reporting
o Develop simple Management Reporting with deep analysis for Strategic Decision.
o Optimize usage of primary and secondary Sales Reporting to support Sales
o Develop Sales Scorecard and Sales Information Deck.
o Lead Sales Information Project in coordination with BPT.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or any relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the similar position.
• Proficient in English.
• Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft office tools.
• Good in number, analytical skill, data management and presentation skill.
• Result oriented, high motivation, good leadership, matured, confident, and innovative.
