Area Sales Manager MAKASAR
Responsibilities:
• To make and create sales plan & strategy to increase sales income
• To lead Sales Team to Achieve target in working area
• To ensure the making of sales report that is needed by the superior on time and initiatively giving recommendation for future improvement
• To Help RSM or superior and colleagues in order to increase customer satisfaction
• Responsible toward sales growth
• Proactive in searching new open outlet
• To monitor sales performance and make presentation to sales management
• To monitor competitor activity and giving feedback to superior
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Economics, Marketing, Others or equivalent.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Sales Executive or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Experience min.5 years as Area Sales Manager in Fast Moving Consumer Goods handling distribution and traditional market with covered area West Java or Central Java
• Willing to be posted in Makasar (ASM - Makasar), preferable domicile in Makasar
• Strong leadership, having good interpersonal skill and computer literate
