Process Engineer Manager (PEM)
Responsibilities:
The role:
Supporting Production Manager in ensuring production equipments consistently improve in order to meet production requirements.
Ensuring all project activities related in Production Area are under control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining production process consistency and define equipment modification if necessary in order to keep the production lines run effectively.
• Maintaining all production lines to run efficiently and cost effectively.
• Eliminating all weaknesses which normally rise during daily activities in providing significant improvement in production.
• Ensuring new investment projects are in line with production requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Has safety officer certificate.
• Min. 3 year experiences in Production or Engineering area.
• Min. 2 years in supervisory level.
• Knowledge in product, processes, machinery, SHE, also environmental knowledge.
• Skills in operation management and SAP would be an advantage.
• Has problem solving and decision making skill.
• Able to focus on detail.
• Goal & result orientation.
• Able to work in team.
