Our client, a multinational Agribusiness Commodity Trading Company is currently in need of:




Accountant


Responsibilities:


• Prepare the monthly Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet statements.

• Maintain and manage company’s cash flow, bank balance and bank reconciliation statement.

• Liaison with banks, auditors, tax consultants and tax authority.

• Calculate and submit monthly VAT returns and withholding tax return to tax authorities.

• Co-ordinate in trade structure finance/ forex transactions.


General administrations :


• Maintain a register of the government licenses and renewal of licenses

• Booking/co-ordination of hotel arrangements, transportation etc. for visitors.


Requirements:


• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

• Minimum 3-4 years working experience, preferable to be from Agribusiness industry.

• Must have stamina and drive to do data entry as we move forward on system interface.

• Good communication skills and able to deal with staff at all levels.

• Preferable to have SAP or Oracle or JD Edwards Accounting experience

• Must have local taxation knowledge.

• Computer literacy, i.e. MS word, MS Excel.

• Able to analyze problem and planning, flexible, fast learning, reliable, enthusiastic and team player.

• Ability to organize and attention to detail.
