Business Development Manager - Automotive Lighting • Lighting • Jakarta


Responsibilities:
• Develop both OEM and Aftermarket business in Indonesia in order to achieve and maximize targets for sales, volumes and revenues
• Develops and drives credibility and long term relationship with the customers in Indonesia, to fulfill long term sales objectives.
• Develop new market segments and introduce innovative products to continuously grow market share
• Defines and executes the commercial and distribution strategy in conjunction with marketing and Sector/BU management. Manages the distribution- and channel mix according to the agreed criteria
• Responsible for creating and implementing the sales plan, including forecast and AOP, monitoring the sales effort and performance against budget and to take corrective actions.
• Motivate distributors in Indonesia to achieve the predefined sales target and improve product mix at same time
• Contributes to each product marketing plan as to product prices and sales priorities
• Follow closely with OEM customers for their new product enquiry, quality complaint and other requirements
• Collect competitor intelligence for both OEM and AM and ensure proper reaction based on that.

Requirements:
• Hold Bachelor degree (any discipline), min 6 years working experience in Sales both B2B, B2C with industrial segment and fond of automotive industry are preferred, has good personality and interpersonal skill, Good English, Japanese languages and some technical background would be additional advantages, has good coordination capability, is willing to travel and to spend most of the time in the market field. The incumbent has to have strong drive, positive attitude, diligent and integrity, is assertive and well motivated. He/she should posses driving license. Literacy in computer is a must.
