HR - Training Program Manager


Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs;
• Identifying training and development needs within an organization;
• Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programs
• Managing the delivery of training and development programs and devising a training strategy for the organization;
• Evaluating training and development programs;
• Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment;

Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor degree (GPA min 2.75) from reputable university
• Maximum age 27 years old
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Training
• Strong academic background from any disciplines
• Energetic, having business sense & drive for result
• Proven leadership skill in extracurricular activities
• Proficient in English
