Revenue Assurance Supervisor



Responsibilities:

• Monitor and minimize revenue leakage with implemment revenue assurance activity
• Responsible to check the completeness and accuracy of postpaid billing in all billing cycle
• Perform test and monitoring of new postpaid product or update postpaid product

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in all majors from reputable university, preferably from Telecommunication/Computer/IT background
• Having a minimum of 3 years working experience in telecommunication industry, preferably in billing, interconnection and revenue assurance area
• Having good knowledge in IN, billing machine, revenue assurance
• High literacy in computer knowledge especially database, e.g.: Microsoft Access, ACL, SQL
• Key attributes for the position are good integrity, flexible, communicative, good social relation, creative, independent, and self motivated
• Excellent in English both oral & written is a must
