Payroll & HR Admin Officer
Requirements & Qualifications :
• Diploma 3/Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of payroll and HR operational experience
• Good understanding of the principles and practices of accounting journal as well as man power regulations including expatriate work permit requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of income tax and all payroll related taxations.
• Advanced Excel worksheet skills and Computer Literate in other Microsoft applications
• Good communication and writing skills, and willingness to communicate clearly in English with expatriates and local staff on aspect of compensation, benefits, including medical.
• Fast learner, have sense of confidentiality, dedicated, eye for detail, problem solver.
• Participate in and support HR initiatives and projects
• Reporting to HR Manager
