Sales Administration

Requirements :

• Female, Max 26 years old
• Computer literate esp. Microsoft Excel
• Able to write and speak English
• DIII /S1 Degree in Accounting / Management / Secretary from credited universities
• Fresh graduated or 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to work independent and on team, proactive, good analytical skill, honest, hard-worker, self motivated and able to communicate with customer and supplier

JOB DESC:
• Arrange local delivery to customer
• Handling shipment documents
• Stock Inventory
• Issue Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Packing List and Invoice
• Monitoring delivery schedule
• Making Stock report
