Customers Support Development Program (CSDP)


Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in order to do business transaction with the company.
• Receive Customer's Call / Complaint and direct to related parties in the company.
• As Marketer of Company's After Sales Service & Parts Products
• Being a "Bridge" between INTA and Customers and coordinate with Internal parties to present Best Service for Customers.

Requirements:

• Male, single, max. 28 years old
• Bachelor degree from any Technical major (Fresh Graduate with min. GPA 2.75) or Diploma from any Technical major, min. 2 years working experience as customer relation after sales (min. GPA 2.75)
• Good interpersonal as well as communication skill
• Having driving license (SIM A)
• Willing to participate in training program in Jakarta and OJT in all INTA branches
• Willing to be placed in all INTA branches
• Willing to undergo two years official service
