Sinarmas World Academy (SWA) is a new international school founded in July 2008 with the vision of being a leading 21st century school. Finance Staff
Responsibilities:
• Making & sending invoice for tuition fee, development fee, excul fee to Parents via students.
• Print out daily bank statements especially in payment period to follow up incoming activities.
• Making daily receipt report for tuition fee, development fee, excul fee & other income for journal entry.
• Receiving all payment from the Parents or other income related to school activities (e.g. atm slip, internet banking slip, cash, etc) attach it in daily receipt report & bank statement.
• Giving a receipt for all payment that has been done by parents, or when they giving the transfer slip.
• Following up the Parents who hasn't pay the school fee until the due date.
• Deposit all cash in hand that received from all cash payment to school accounts.
• Maintain cash on hand / petty cash.
Requirements:
• Female
• 25-27 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in Accounting from reputable university, min. GPA 3,00
• Experience as cashier is an advantage, (fresh graduate are welcome)
• Capability in English for oral and written is a must
• Able to operate computer
• Good looking & customer service oriented
• Trustworthy, discipline, hard worker, fast learner, able to work under pressure with tight deadline
• Quality: Honesty and Detail oriented
