Pre-Sales Specialist


Responsibilities:

• The Pre-Sales Specialist will manage all the software technical, pre and post sales aspects of Autodesk Creative Finishing “CF” products (Autodesk Flame, Autodesk Smoke Advanced & Autodesk Lustre Master) with a primary focus on technical, pre and post sale support, technical training and presentation in events / roadshow.

• The Pre-Sales Specialist in acting as a liaison between ACA Pacific and its Autodesk Creative Finishing “CF” customers will be responsible for:
• Conduct Autodesk Flame, Autodesk Smoke Advanced & Autodesk Lustre training and pre sales meeting / demo for Autodesk Creative Finishing existing & potentials customers.
• Manage and be the main point of contact for existing and new Autodesk Creative Finishing customers on post sale support.
• Required to attend training and certified by Autodesk on all the “CF” products, primary focus on Autodesk Flame & Autodesk Lustre.
• Demonstrating industry and competitors’ products knowledge.
• Providing monthly & quarterly events, seminars, training schedule and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Keeping abreast technical support and issues.
• Presenter for seminars and events.
• Prepare workflow presentation and follow-up on new sale opportunities from events/seminars.
• Defining and executing Autodesk Creative Finishing events/seminars.
• Technical, pre & post sales activities
• Seminars/events leads generation quarter over quarter growth
• Training and support of partners
• Pre & post sales support for large and major account

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too.
• Specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
