Finance & Accounting Staff.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for account payable system and account receivable, prepare journal entries, prepare summary monthly report, reconcile budget and expense, bank reconciliation and maintain cash flow.
• Responsible for preparing all tax report accurately and timely, accourding to the tax regulation.
• responsible for preparing data for external auditor throught annual/semiannually financial statement audit process.
• Responsible for preparing payment process for the Company's vendors.
• Responsible for preparing invoice to the Company's customers
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Min 2 years experience in same position but Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Have good understanding about Indonesia taxation regulation.
• Computer literate (min. Excel & MS Word) and familiar with SAP program.
• Have strong analytical and problem solving skills with strong interest in detail.
• Dynamic and motivated individual with ability to work under pressure.
• Committed to learning, hard worker, and good self initiative.
