Training And Development Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
• A training and development Coordinator manages the learning and professional development of an organization's workforce
• The training element gives staff the understanding, practical skills and motivation to carry out particular work-related tasks. The training coordinator will support all arrangements related to training and leadership program
• The development work relates to the ongoing, long-term improvement of employees' skills so that they can fulfill their potential within their organization
Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
• Support training and leadership manager in identifying training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's need
• Working in a team to conduct programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level;
• Support in developing effective induction programs
• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
• Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met
• Evaluating training and development programs
• Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment
• Helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
• Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
Requirements:
• Male / female, max 28 years old with university degree in any kind of discipline - preferable Human resource or Psychology
• Computer Literate (MS Office, (Word, Excel, Power Point))
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar field
• Self driven and motivated, Strong interpersonal relationships and customer focus
• Good analytical thinking and conceptual thinking
• Strategic, creative and practical
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, good presentation skills
• Knowledge of Lean transformation and Balance scorecard will be a plus
