In supporting to one of our business unit that moves in distribution, we're looking for:


Human Resources Manager


Responsibilities:


• Planning, developing, and controlling the human resources management system, also managing the company's facilitation system to ensure the availability of a competent human resources. Aside this incumbent will support the company's operating run well in order to support the achievement of company's objectivity.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
• Minimal 5 years working experience in the same position
• Preferably from F&B retail / distribution industry
• Strong experience in handling large numbers of people that are spreading in all over Indonesia
• Strong in Operational & Strategic Human Resources (all HR spectrum)
• Solid leadership skill
• Mature, dynamic, open minded and high driven personality
• Willing to travel frequently
