MARKETING ANALYSIS and CUSTOMER RETENTION (MACR)

Responsibilities:

• Collect important information in seed industry, including related news to support sales management team
• Collect and manage data base, processing the report and provide simple analysis
• Collect and manage customer’s data base
• Manage SMS bulk and CRM system
• Conduct market research activity to forecast significant marketing dynamic and customer’s needs to predict market demands.


General Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or any disciplines from reputable University with min. GPA 3.00
• 2 – 3 years experience in marketing research or other related industries.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written
• Proficiency in computers, particularly in spreadsheet
• Experience in market research and data analysis, candidates from reputable marketing research is preferable
• Possess Planning and organizing capabilities
• Strong analytical and statistic skill.
