Customer Service Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and implement programs and activities customer service and quality assurance in the area, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty to company. To communicate internally with other departments to solve all raised issues.
Requirements:
• S1 or D3 Graduate from reputable University, with Engineering back ground
• Mature & good leadership & good presenter
• Good in English and data management & expert in operating computer.
• At least 5 years experience and the experience with involvement to manage the customer & supplier are an advantage
• Creative, innovative.
• Ready to work under pressure and willing to travel heavily
• Highly customer oriented
• Must be good in computer skills
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Age maximum 37
