Human Resources Staff



Requirements:

• Male, age between 30 - 35 years old
• University graduate, preferable from Psychology or Law
• Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resource field preferable form large Manufacturing Industry.
• Hands on experience in area of Personnel Administration, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management, Training & Development and Industrial Relation,
• Having strong leadership and communication skill to interact will all level employee
• Ability to dealing and negotiate with employee and labour union to give counseling and settlement employee dispute
• Familiar with employment regulation and prefer having experience practice in Labour Court (PPHI).
• Honest and High Integrity
• Having knowledge with ISO 9001, ISO 22000 is a plus point
• Willing to be stationed at Cilegon area.
