Now we are inviting suitably qualified professional person to fill positions as:


Operation Supervisor


Responsibilities:

• Work closely with engineering to coordinate design , construction and commissioning of new equipment.
• Ensure all operational personnel are trained and skilled to perform assigned tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist in the management of site assets to achieve optimal utilisation.
• Manage maintenance system for all company assets to minimum company standards.
• Identify, recommend and implement initiatives to reduce overall cost of doing business.
• Responsibilty for coordinating the HSEQ management system on site.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from mining engineering background.
• Graduate from High School (can be applied for position).
• Minimum 5 years experience in mining company.
• Minimum 3 years experience in drill & blast.
• Blaster certificate.
• Having driving license min SIM A.
• Experience with Plant Operation.
• Relevant trade certificate or mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation , Kepmen 555 , Juklak.
• Forklift License.
• Light Vehicle License.
• First aid certificate.
• Experience with safety , environment, quality (ISO 9000), maintenance and training systems.
• Computer literacy.
• Fluently in English both oral and written.
• Must having Blasting certificate
