PT. Nutricia Indonesia Sejahtera, a leading baby food manufacturing company is currently seeking qualified candidate to join Production Officer. The qualified candidate will be trained and developed in the production area, quality and performance manufacturing which are expected to become Future Team Leader in our factory. This position will be reporting directly to Production Manager.

There will be series of program combined with intensive review to asses the performance of the candidate.

REQUIREMENT

To become a successful candidate you must have at least:

• Educational Background Preference

Bachelor Degree (S1) - Recent Graduate or will reach the final graduation in near future, with following one of the academic criteria;

o Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, & Electronic, Chemical GPA Min 3)
o Food Technology or Mechanical Farm (GPA Min 3)

• Solid Competency :
o Strong technical background with proven academic record
o Must be able to act on own initiative
o Must demonstrate organizational sensitivity
o Must demonstrate potential for future development
o Computer literate

• English profiency (oral & written as well ad preparing report) is a must

• Willing to work in Shift Basis.
