Health Marketing Sr. Manager

Requirements:

• Strong scientific or medical background on nutrition and /or microbiology (able to interpret clinical data, conclude from scientific papers, be competent partner to KOLs, respected by Danone Research scientists).
• At least 3 years postgraduate (PhD) and min 5 years working experience, in scientific, agency and/or industry.
• Experience in medical education and/or health PR (3 years plus, ideally both)
• Sales experience in medical field (possibly).
• Clear business-sense thinking, i.e. consumer driven, results oriented, able to read consumer test results (payout, significance levels, etc.).
• Strong leadership and drive, good with people (convincing yet diplomatic, listener).
• Excellent communication for HCPs and consumer audiences.
• Able to develop a Health Communication vision, share it and persuade, and then able to set it up, lead, execute and monitor.
