SAP HR Functional Analysts

Responsibilities:

• Major responsibilities
• Perform business process analysis to define configiration requirements and ensure the deliverable meet with the user requirements and expectations
• Provide business and configuration expertise to the assigned design team during design or blueprinting and solution modelling phase for functionality
• Create functional and configuration specification documents including development, documentation, and executive of process/configuration test protocols
• Provides Project Management as a leader or member of a Project team in developing project work breakdown structures and task depedencies and coordinating the implementation of SAP HR and other HR Systems with IT personnel and members od the business area
• Prepares and conducts training that prepare users to meet their business objective for both new and existing system
• Explore, analyze and implement any new SAP HR Functionalities to add value to the existing business processes

Requirements:
• University Degree in Computer Studies / Information System / Engineering / Accounting
• More than 3 Years working experiences as Business Process Analyst of SAP HR System
• hands-on configuration skill of SAP HR System especially on OM, PA, TM and Payroll module, and experience on other module of HR is an advantage
• Involve in at least 3 full life-cycle SAP payroll Implementations and experience in Indonesia Payroll System
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and confident communicator in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent Project Management Skills
• Work well under pressure, high initiatives and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Willing to travel to our regions
