Business Development Manager - Engineering

Responsibilities:

• PT NES Global is a leading technical recruitment company with offices worldwide. Our Jakarta office is looking for a proven business development consultant ideally within the technical engineering industries. Experience working under the Oil and Gas Governing BP Migas framework will be beneficial. You will be sales focused and have upwards of 5 years in an environment of marketing, candidate / account management or database management. Your key function will be to identify business opportunities, make contact with key decision makers and drive towards successful profit generating accounts. This is career-defining opportunity for someone to work in a growing business unit.

Requirements:
Your core skills base will consist of but not be limited to -

• An understanding of the recruitment process
• An understanding of BP Migas RPTK007 contract
• Ability to network and meet people of all levels
• Excellent telephone skills
• Strong yet flexible personality
• Negotiator
• Sales and target driven



Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Recruitment/Staffing or Others.
1 Full-Time positions available.
