We are PT. Senayan Trikarya Sempana (STS), a joint venture company of Kajima Overseas Asia Pte, Ltd and Badan Pengelola Gelora Bung Karno, the developer and operator of Senayan Square, comprising Plaza Senayan, Plaza Senayan Arcadia, Sentral Senayan I & II office towers and Apartemen Plaza Senayan. Sentral Senayan III office is now under construction and further development is planned in the future.

STS seeks applications from suitably qualified persons to join its international management team in the following capacities :


Deputy / Assistant Manager Leasing (CLE)


Requirements:

• Holder of Bachelor Degree from either an overseas or highly reputable Indonesian university
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in casual leasing (handling event, exhibition or promotion)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Well organized and disciplined with strong commitment to time management
• Details conscious, analytical and a lateral thinker
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with ability to negotiate and persuade others
• Results orientated with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• High level of initiative, creativity and proficient in identifying and acting on opportunities
• Energetic, enthusiastic and welcomes challenge
• Strong personal and work ethics
