We are a leading regional integrated mining company for more than 19 years. To support our expansion, we urgently require qualified, professional and highly motivated candidates to join our winning team for the following positions :

Head of Management Information System Division (MIS)


Responsibilities:

• Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the MIS Division. Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the Division. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Responsible for developing and coaching employees.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, and preferable Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree of Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• 8 years experience in the MIS field
• 5 years experience in MIS management
• 5 years experience in Project Management
• Manage at least one cycle of ERP implementation such as JD Edwards (is a must), SAP, Oracle or MIMS
• Excellent interpersonal skills which translate into good training skills.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral in both English and Indonesian
• Must be able to work under pressure and handle stress effectively
