OHS Officer



Responsibilities:

• To promote and contribute positively to achieving the company OH&S and targets
• To Ensuring that employee embrace our vision of "Safety First, No Compromise"
• To creating a sustainable culture that demand the highest practical attainment of safe Behaviour of each person that directly or indirectly work for Holcim Indonesia

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in HSE or related fields
• Min of 3 years experiences in Health, Safety and Environmental Management context with an extensive and successful previous occupational health and safety background in Manufacturing, Oil and Gas or Mining Industries
• Computer literacy ; Office & Lotus Notes
• Excellence communication skills in Bahasa and English ( oral and written )
• Certificate from GOI Occupational Health and Safety
• Ability to demonstrate strong presentation skills
• Knowledge of Indonesian OHS & Environmental Regulation
• Hazard identification, Risk Assessment and Accident Investigation skills
• Adapts and Learns
• Willing to travel domestically & internationally
