Adding to that, PEP has been undertaking other supporting businesses, which have been intended to back up the main business directly or indirectly. Presently, Pertamina EP production level for oil is around 120 throusand barrel oil per day (BOPD) and around 1,003 million standard cubic feet per day (MMSCFD) for gas.

Pertamina EP Working Areas of 140.000 km2 were once largely PT Pertamina (Persero)’s Oil and Gas Mining Authority Zone. The working areas are managed through own operation and partnership cooperation, comprise 3 contracts of Joint Operating Body Enhanced Oil Recovery (JOB-EOR) and 33 contracts of Technical Assistant Contract (TAC). Thus geographically, Pertamina EP operates in nearly all territory of Indonesia, from Sabang to Merauke.

Pertamina EP Working Areas consist of three regions namely Sumatra, Java and Eastern Indonesia Regions. All JOB EOR and TAC operations are managed from Headquarter while own operations are managed by each region respectively. The opration of those regions comprise 12 Field Areas, namely Rantau, Pangkalan Susu, Lirik, Jambi, Prabumulih and Pendopo in Sumatra, Subang, Jatibarang and Cepu in Java as well as Sangatta, Bunyu and Papua in Eastern Indonesia.

Beside the management of working areas as stated earlier, other business pattern is management through projects, such as gas development project of Pagar Dewa in South Sumatra, Gundih in Central Java and Matindok in Sulawesi.

HSE Support

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all the operation Jotun Indonesia are in line with HSE Standard and local regulations
• Establish and maintain an effective system for proper disposal of operation wastes
• Ensure minimum environmental impacts according to the local regulations


Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Chemical or Environment
• 2 years experience as a document contoller in Management System: ISO 9001. ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Familiar with UKL/UPL, hazardous waste, health-safety-environment regulation
• Having certification as an internal auditor and as a lead auditor will be an advantadge
• Good command of English language (spoken and written)

Executive (Field Engineer) Sabah Operations (PC:1101215)
(Sabah - Kota Kinabalu)

Responsibilities:


• Analyse and prepare the supporting plan and procedure of all operations and first line maintenance activities to ensure integrity, safety, cost effective, minimal gas venting/flaring and optimal production of hydrocarbon to meet field/terminal business objectives.
• Prepare and propose specific HSE procedures, guidelines and risk assessment in order to meet field/terminal HSE performance target and regulatory compliance, through continuous analysis, effective performance monitoring/tracking and communication to relevant parties.
• Propose the operation specific procedure to achieve maximum oil and gas production of the field, through thorough analysis of equipment and process performance foroptimum facilities uptime and effective operations.
• Prepare procedure to manage field gas venting/flaring to ensure venting/flaring are kept within PETRONAS permissible limit.
• Prepare optimization plan and procedure of all planned activities in collaboration with other departments as to ensure maximum uptime of the field/terminal and operating requirements are being met.
• Provide statistical data compilation and analysis of the unplanned shutdown and provide recommendations for improvement in order to reduce unplanned deferment.
• Prepare field/terminal WP&B, analyze and track utilization of budget in carrying out the planned production and first line maintenance activities to ensure effective utilization of production CAPEX and OPEX.
• Seek and propose application of new process technology in field/terminal operations to enhance production performance and facilities uptime through identification, evaluation and effective implementation.
• Prepare close-out report of any request for improvement e.g. FIP, CWR & PWA from field/terminal, in collaboration with Reliability, Integrity Engineering (RIE) and Maintenance Engineering Department.
• Prepare and implement site specific procedures for simultaneous activities through revision and review of work packages, spading lists, SIPCOM, SIPROD, SSP and other related procedures in order to achieve operations goals.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kinabalu.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Chemical or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
