Product Development Staff(PDS)

Responsibilities:

• Development of various materials as according to customer requirement and appropriate company standard specification
• Doing analysis of the results calibration of equipment / production machinery to do the development
• Ensuring all process of product development run properly within the scheduled time line
• Ensuring the result of product development are good quality and appropriate company standard specification and as according to customer requirement


Requirements:

• Male, max 28 years old
• Bachelor (S1) in Chemical Engineering / industrial / statistics/ Mathematical and Natural Sciences (MIPA)
• Minimum 2 years experiences in the same position
• Have good knowledge in ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System (preferable in ISO 9001:2008) and have certificate ISO 9001:2000 is must
• Preferable have experience in Management System (EHS, CI)
• Creative, good attention to details, and strong analytical thinking and judgments
• Excellent communication skill, Computer proficiency, sociable, responsible, honest, independent, discipline, smarts, dynamic, high stress-tolerance, positive attitude, good teamwork, and pleasant personality
• Candidates must domicile at East Java

• To prepare reporting , incorporate with Company Contractual Report, shall be submitted to Marketing and CS Manager
• To manage GIS operation in company related to Marketing and CS activities.
• To achieve connection target incorporate with company’s target
• To achieve customer service operation incorporate with company contractual target


Requirements:

• Male / Female
• S1 Engineering / MIPA / IT / Economy / Law
• Experience in Utility’s customer service operation
• Computer literate – MS Office
• Good knowledge in preparation & maintaining database
• Good leadership
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
