• Willing to undergo a minimum two-year contract in Batam, Kepri

General Affairs & Payroll Staff


Responsibilities:

• Support GA team of office supplies such ATK, uniform, and others.
• Support GA team of cleaning service, gardening & general maintenance.
• Support GA team of transportation & security.
• Support GA team of correspondence – external & internal.
• Support HR team for Human Resources Information System such attendance record, overtime & analysis.
• Support HR team for payroll process & HR administration.

Requirements:

• Male with age under 30 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least a year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Staffs specializing in Payroll or General Affairs and fresh garduates are welcome to apply.
• Required language(s): English and skill in computer such MS Windows, Excell & internet.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Serpong - Tangerang.
