Our client, a leading retail company is looking for a HR generalist to manage the full spectrum of HR functions.

Responsibilities
The Group HR Director will manage the full spectrum of HR functions, with a key focus on compensation and benefit. You are responsible for devising and managing the implementation of competitive compensation and benefit programs in order to achieve the overall objectives in attracting, motivating and retaining employees. Your role will create reward strategies, conduct and compile research and analysis of all areas of compensation benefit.
• Education, Experience & Skills
• At least 15 years as in MNC fast paced environment
• Degree in Human Resourced Management or a combination of education and experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with management and employees
• Proactive, Resourceful and Efficient
